Black Lives Matter

This article was motivated by the fact that I believe that, as street photographers, it is our duty to document what is currently happening in the world. When I heard about a BLM march in Vienna I decided this is the kind of event I want to document, to capture, and to share.y behind the film and behind trying it out!

For this review, I shot three rolls of Metropolis, two in 120 format using my Bronica ETRSI and one roll of 35mm in my Leica M3. In this article you’ll see examples of the film shot at EI 100, 200 and 400, plus bracketed frames at all three speeds, comparisons with a “normal” 35mm color negative film (Fuji Superia X-TRA 400) and my iPhone 7.

SHOOTING

100 YEAR OLD

FILM

After purchasing a mysterious film in Budapest I discovered it was probably very old... This is why I decided to try shooting it. Here is the story behind the film and behind trying it out!

Recently I have pursued my analog adventure by trying to push film above it's limits. This article talks about my experience and showcases 5 shots from my first pushed roll which was an Ilford Delta 3200 that I pushed to 6400.

I AM MAXIME EVANGELISTA AND THIS IS WHY I SHOOT FILM

In the interview, I explain what drives me to shoot film, my view of photography and much more!

As I love the Waist Level Finder on my Lubitel, I immediately searched for either a Mamiya 645 or a Bronica 645 and when I saw a Bronica ETRSi camera on sale for only €60 online, my GAS levels tingled so much that I HAD to buy it right away! So here is a review of my first experience shooting this camera.
